Question 1

Posted: 5/24/2021

Question: Is the system to be a mechanically attached or fully adhered TPO system? What is the R-value of the ISO? R20 (3-1/2") is code but the extra 1-1/2" could cause a problem with the flashing height on the curbs. What is the warranty , a 10-yr, 15-yr or 20-yr NDL?

Response: • Is the system to be a mechanically attached or fully adhered TPO system? The County requires a fully adhered TPO. • What is the R-value of the ISO? The R-value is to be R20. The flashing heights on the curb needs to adhere to this standard. • What is the warranty, a 10-yr, 15-yr or 20-yr NDL? The warranty requirement has been changed to a 20-yr No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty
