Description: The City of Willard is accepting sealed bids to provide Fireworks for the City of Willard Freedom Fest. Contact JC Loveland, Parks Director, at 417-742-5381 for further information. Proposals will be opened October 27, 2017 in the council chambers at 3:15 p.m. The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. A recommendation award will be presented to the Board of Aldermen in November, 2017. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
