Description: The purpose of this competitive sealed bid is to engage a qualified company to salvage any portion of North City School to reduce the overall cost to the city and then demolish the building and associated structures. The successful contractor will be expected to furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and supplies to perform the required duties. 

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 4/10/2025 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory Pre-Bid walk-through at the demolition site (1601 Palos Street, Athens, TN) will occur on April 10, 2025 at 10 AM. Attendance at walk-through is mandatory to qualify to bid project. Following the pre-bid meeting, an addendum will be distributed to all bidders via email and will also be available on the City’s website.
