Description: The City of Holly Springs, Georgia (Owner) is seeking qualifications from Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for value engineering/GMP and construction services for the Holly Springs City Hall.

The project site is located at 130 Timothy Downing Drive, Holly Springs, GA 30115. The principal items of this project include the construction of the Holly Springs City Hall. The total project budget is $19.25 million, inclusive of value engineering, GMP, construction, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), contingency, and other associated costs. The construction manager at risk will be evaluated and selected through a qualification‐based selection process.
