PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Work of this Contract covers the following construction at Puesta Del Sol Elementary
450 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. The scope of work includes, but is not limited
to, the following as identified in the Contract Documents:
 Demolition and replacement of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
 New HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
 Demolition and replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles.
 Demolition and replacement of floor finishes.
This project does not require LEED certification. References to LEED throughout this RFP are
not applicable to this project.

The Sequence of Selection Process Event page of the Project Manual indicates a Pre-Bid Conference is to be held on 4/14 at 11:00 AM. Please confirm on what day and time the Pre-Proposal conference is be held.
