Description: Notice is hereby given that the Kendall County Forest Preserve District is soliciting Bids for the above referenced project. This project, #20-01-001, consists of the in-stream removal of Millbrook Bridge under permits from the US-ACoE and IDNR. Removal will be completed in two phases, including construction of an access causeway and coffer dams (2) for the removal of each truss section.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The pre-bid field inspection and conference will begin at the Kendall County Forest Preserve District’s Headquarters located at 110 W. Madison Street, Yorkville, IL 60560, and conclude at the Millbrook Bridge located within the Shuh Shuh Gah Canoe Launch Area at 7512 Valley Road, Newark, Illinois 60541 (near the intersection of Rogers and Whitfield Road) on December 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
