Description: Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the Coors Building Structural Renovation and Repair Project - Project No. COR-231012. The work shall generally consist of structural repairs to an existing exterior wall by installation of a new footing and stud wall framing to brace the existing exterior wall with plate reinforcement.

Sealed bids shall be received until November 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Manager as follows:

Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
