Description: Peach County, Georgia (“the County”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified engineering firms (“Consultants”) to provide surveying, preliminary engineering, environmental review, permitting, right-of-way services (as needed), and final construction plans for two roadway projects:

1. Ethan Street Extension – Connection to the Pilot Travel Center (approx. 600 ft)

2. Gunn Road Realignment – Connection to GA-247 Connector (approx. 1200 ft)

Firms may submit qualifications for both projects or request to be considered for one project individually.

Project 1: Ethan Street Extension

Purpose: Extend Ethan Street approximately 600 feet eastward to create a direct vehicular connection to the Pilot Travel Center.
