The Selection Committee has scored and ranked the submittals and recommends an award be made to the highest ranked firm, Newtown CDC. If you have any further questions regarding the selection process you may contact the Procurement Office. We appreciate your interest in doing business with the City of Avondale.

Question: Being that this is an on-call, for the price proposal are you looking for hourly rates?
Response: We are looking for a lump sum price for each CENST, Appendix A, and CEST. If you have other related professional services you want to offer, please submit an Attachment 4 to include a breakdown and prices on these additional services. Please see Document - RFP NFS 22-024 Environmental Review Services (with Addendum No. 1) for more detail.

Question: What are you looking for in the approach section, do you want a generalized approach for a potential projects coming out of this on-call or a broad overview of how we approached similar projects?
Response: We want to see your approach to performing the required Services in the Scope of Work described in Section I, and approach to managing customer service, quality control and scheduling.
