Description: The Martin County School District is soliciting a Licensed Contractor to submit bids for the replacement of the existing metal roofing on the Bldg. #6, Auditorium Building. The existing gutter and downspouts, metal roofing system, including insulation will be removed down to metal deck as required per the Construction Documents. The new gutter & downspouts, new insulation and underlayment shall be installed with new metal roofing system in accordance with the manufacturers Product Approval. The new roofing will match the existing roofing pattern. For more information refer to the Construction Documents. This work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work as specified in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
