The City of Etowah, Tennessee will accept sealed bids until 8 am eastern time on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Etowah City Hall, located at 701 Tennessee Ave. Etowah, TN 37331, for the
replacement of the Etowah Gem Theatre side entrance door and the back basement door of the Etowah Carnegie Library in accordance with the specifications and requirements.

The City of Etowah reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and
informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be
in the best interest of the City of Etowah.

Bid documents may be obtained online at cityofetowahtn.com or you may request them via email; valentine@cityofetowahtn.com

All Bids must be sealed and plainly marked separately if you are bidding on both projects:

“Bid for Etowah Gem Theatre Door Replacement: Attention: Russ Blair.”

“Bid for Etowah Carnegie Library Door Replacement: Attention: Russ Blair.”

Bids for both projects will be opened at 8:00 am at the Etowah City Hall on Wednesday, May 11th, Located at 701 Tennessee Ave. Etowah, TN 37331.

Bids may be mailed to: P.O. Box 1077, Etowah, TN 37331.

Bids submitted by the U.S. postal service must be postmarked no later than May 8,
2022.

No emailed or faxed bids will be accepted.
