control, if necessary, for North Main St at Little River Bridge to 7735 Main St, an estimated 0.85
miles.

Will temporary traffic tape be sufficient until the final striping is placed? Does the city anticipate any utility adjustments for this project? Will the city repair the traffic loops that will be impacted by the resurfacing? Does the city require Law Enforcement for traffic control at traffic lights? Will an MTV or Material Transfer vehicle be needed for the asphalt?

Question: Good morning. Since the deadline for questions is 5:00 pm today, Thursday, assuming the city will answer the questions Friday , and the Bids are due Monday morning. Can the city extend the bid a few days for the contractors to digest the answers, and price accordingly? Thank you.

Any questions received specifically about the bid scope have been answered. Responses do not modify plans nor specifications but rather are clarifications therefore no extension of due date/time will be anticipated.
