Description: The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified
contractors for the purpose of providing weekly and biweekly grounds maintenance services
performed for 36 weeks from March 11th 2024 through November 15th 2024 for the Parks and
Recreation department, hereinafter referred to as the “SERVICES”. The services to be done
consists of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment necessary to perform ground
maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, blowing, and weed
trimming, at the locations specified in the bid document.

Question: Good Morning, I have a question regarding the CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT show on pages 34-55 on the Grounds Maintenance PDF. I see there is the word DRAFT written across each sheet, do you want us to write on those sheets and submit them with the bid or is there a alternate CSA with out the word DRAFT on them?
Response: That is a sample draft of the contract that would be taken to contract and for a vendors review. There is nothing that needs to be written on the draft.

Question: 1. City Chambers: To confirm, the playground area is not included? 2. City Chambers: Is the parking lot in the back, islands in that parking, and field included or excluded? 3. Fire Station: To confirm, the retention pond in the back is not included? If so, what's the frequency per year? 4. Woofstock: Do we perform any weed-control inside the fenced areas for the dogs or is that to be left alone? 5. Dupree Park: Do we perform any weed-control inside playground area, tennis courts, or basketball court? General Question: 1. Is seasonal color included or excluded for the sites that have it? 2. With service ending November 15th of each year, who is responsible for leaf removal beyond that period? 3. On pricing sheet can the total annual price per facility be provided and all services listed state included?
Response: 1. City chambers - Playground area is not included 2. City Chambers - Back Parking lot, parking lot Islands and field not included Spraying for weeds in flowerbeds in all parks is included 3. Fire Station - Retention pond is not included 4. Woofstock dog park - Weeds inside the fence are to be weeded, but not sprayed 5. Dupree Park - No weed control inside Tennis court, basketball court or playground 1. Seasonal colors, not included 2. Parks and recreation is responsible for leaf bowling after November 15 3. Yes, the total price per facility can be provided.
