Description:

The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is seeking proposals from experienced planning consultants for the Update to Town Center and Highway 92 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Studies project. RFP details and document information may be found by visiting Vendor Registry. All questions must be submitted through Vendor Registry. 

Deliverable: The Consultant will complete the Update to Town Center and Highway 92 LCI Studies working primarily with the project manager (City Planner), along with the City Project Team. The Deliverable will be a planning document with recommendations that the City can follow. The work to be accomplished is in support of the following Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) sub-element:  002 CAS - Livable Centers Initiative Investment Policy Studies (LCI).  All the necessary services provided in this subgrant contract will support the study of LCI related programs and projects within the Woodstock LCI Area.

The goal of the LCI updates is an evaluation of the existing structure and development of likely scenarios should produce recommendations for future investment that support ARC’s Livable Centers Initiative Program.
