Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit submissions from experienced and interested architectural firms that have successfully completed similar projects including the programming, conceptual planning, and full design of new and/or expanded animal shelter facilities in Georgia. The successful firm will be expected to provide a needs assessment to produce a programming study for a future, expandable animal shelter facility serving the community’s needs over the next 25 years.
