Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids from experienced contractors via a Virtual Teams Meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (local time) for the:
JW Smith Admin Building Roof Replacement project.
Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Virtual Teams Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (local time).

A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (local time) at 82 Northbridge Road, Hampton, GA 30228. Late entries will not be accepted. Please note that bids will not be accepted from Bidders who do not attend the Site Visit.
