The City of Hanahan, SC is seeking bids from qualified, licensed contractors to repair the Hanahan Amphitheater Concession Facility at 3102 Mabeline Road, Hanahan. SC.
A mandatory site visit must be scheduled before submitting a proposal. Site visits can be scheduled by contacting the Hanahan Parks and Recreation Department at (843) 266-0723 or via email at rmoneymaker@cityofhanahan.com.

Type of Addition: Addendum #1 Questions | Answers
Overview:
1) Yes, use the quantities given to for repairs
2) Front Canopy, the wood area under the canopy that is stained, the
underside is to be painted. Disregard flooring, that was only listed to
give an idea of the total area, nothing is to be done to the floor.
3) Side canopy, underside is damaged and will need to be replaced.
4) Price is to be one unit price to cover all items.
5) The walls are to be figured in the restroom, we will want the walls and
ceiling painted.
6) Base boards are to be painted.
7) All exterior metal doors are to be painted.
8) The hood system should be account for duct work to be cut loose and
reinstalled, welding them back.
9) Roughly 96 square feet of drywall and batt insulation.
10) The hood system would require inspection from a local vendor upon reinstalling.
11) Faced batt insulation is to be used.
12) Not sure of the standing seam for roof?
13) All roof materials are provided by the city with the exception of Seamer
equipment. The roofing was purchased from Atlantic Roofing.
14) A business license is required. A no-charge permit will also be
required.
15) No bid bond is required.16) We are painting all soffit and facia board around the
building.
17) I currently do not have access to the building plans,
18) Each section can have a total cost entered to the right of the
specifications.
