The City of Columbia, Tennessee (City) invites qualified banking institutions with a full service branch bank in the city limits of Columbia to submit proposals to provide depository and banking services to the City for a three year period beginning with the date of the award and extending through July 30, 2021.  Proposals may only be submitted by banking institutions with either a federal or State of Tennessee bank charter.  An award will be made to a single financial institution.
