Overview: Please note that the bid opening for Monument Road Sanitary Sewer Replacement GP 1364 will be postponed by one week in order to remedy a discrepancy on the proposal page.  The new bid due date will be Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 2:00pm.  An additional addendum with a revised proposal page to be used in your bid preparation will follow in the next few days.

Overview: Addendum 5

1. Some of the Proposed Sanitary Laterals are shown in a different location compared to the existing laterals. This would be problematic to temporarily flume the connection during construction. Please confirm the intent. There are a number of existing laterals shown on the plans, some abandoned and others active. The proposed laterals are shown near where the active existing laterals are to the best of our knowledge.
2. How will the Aggregate Base under the proposed Concrete Apron, Curb & Gutter, and Sidewalk be compensated? Incidental or paid under Ref #13? The aggregate base will be compensated incidental to the respective bid items.
3. Are Inserta-Tees acceptable in lieu of Wyes for Sanitary Lateral Connections? The City would be agreeable to accepting Inserta-Tees.
4. Units on the Proposal Sheet seems inaccurate for Ref #1, 4 & 5. This is revised on Addendum #4
