Question: Is this to be submitted on just a company letterhead or are there formal bid documents? Is a bid bond required for this submittal? Are there any pre bid/site visit requirements?
Response: Good Afternoon - As listed in the quote details, the vendor will need to come to the site to measure in order to determine the quote amount. The bid may be submitted on company letterhead . There is no bid bond. This is not a formal bid.

Question: I am unable to locate quote details. The only thing that comes up when clicking on the solicitation is the quote for, title , Deadline and question deadline. No other info is available??? Thanks for your help.
Response: This is the text of the quote: " Vendor to provide materials and labor to replace damaged aluminum walkways around scales. Vendor to physically visit the site and take measurements to provide quotation." Please call me 850-554-8208 (Julie Gonzalez) and I will try to assist with what you need. I do not know why the vendor registry does not read properly for you. I think you may need to contact either Purchasing or Vendor Registry directly.
