Question: Good Day, I would like to confirm that to access any of these locations for the inspection, do we need any access equipment like Scissor Lifts or Man lifts? Thanks
Response: The current County roof inventory list does not require access via Scissor Lifts or Man Lifts. However, this may change in the future if a facility is added that requires access via Scissor Lifts or Man Lifts.

Question: Good Day, I was going through the pricing sheet to fill it and submit with the bid. I found that in Table 'C' adhesive load testing, there are few locations captured which do not have adhesive anchors as per the bid information sheet which tells the scope of the work as per different location. Eg. Bid information sheet says there is no adhesive anchor at Arlington art center, but this location is captured in Table C. Also i would like to clarify difference between table A & C. As per my undestanding all the cost for one location including Adhesive and non-adhesive anchors are to be captured in Table A. Do you now want us to capture cost of only Adhesive anchors inspection again in table C? Regards Jaspal Minhas Technical Slaes Manager Safeguard Industries
Response: In response to the Table C question: We will be posting an updated Pricing Sheet with an addendum and delaying the bid opening by one week. In response to the capture of cost question, the County is looking for pricing provided for Adhesive Load Testing as a separate line item to capture cost for this service if needed/required outside of the annual inspections.
