These three tanks will require being taken out of service for comprehensive cleaning and repair. Replacement of the Cathodic Protection at the Doeskin Tank will be an Add Alternate No. 1 bid item and Removing Sediment at the Merriam Hill Tank will be an Add Alternate No. 2 bid item.
