NOTICE OF BID

 

ROCKWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT 2024 EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER ROOF RENOVATION PROJECT

 

The Rockwood School District invites you to submit a bid according to ROCKWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT’S: 2024 EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER ROOF RENOVATION PROJECT at one (1) locations.  Scope of work includes preparation and installation of fluid-applied roofing membrane.

 

THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at the RSD Clarkson Valley Early Childhood Center, located at 2730 Valley Road, Chesterfield, MO. 63005, on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2023 at 11:30 a.m.  ONLY attending Bidders will be permitted to submit a qualifying bid.  Bid documents will only be available at the Pre-Bid Meeting.

 

All bids must be received by the undersigned no later than THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. submitted via email at facilitiesprojectbids@rsdmo.org.

 

Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and to comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates.
