Description: Sealed bids will be received for the Northwest Oconee Pressure Zone Improvements by the Oconee County Board of Commissioners, Water Resources Department in the office of the Purchasing Officer, 23 N. Main Street, Suite 203- Finance Department, Watkinsville, Georgia, 30677 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:05 a.m., EST, in the Commission Chambers, Suite 205 at the above referenced address. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Contract No. 1 Construction of a 0.25 million gallon elevated steel water tank. Contract No. 2 Construction of a prefabricated, skid-mounted pumping system including water mains to connect to the existing water system and associated appurtenances.
