Jones County School System invites qualified vendors to provide quotes for “Bus Parking and Building Improvements, Phase 1” project as described in “Electronic Request for Quotes 21-57, Phase 1 Bus Parking and Building Improvements” solicitation.

 PUBLIC BID OPENING ZOOM:

Vendors are instructed to read carefully all terms, conditions, specification and requirements in this RFQ.  Vendors are required to complete and return all forms in their entirety.

Proposals will be submitted electronically via Vendor Registry.  Instructions can be found within the solicitation documents.

There is a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. ET sharp at JCSS Transportation parking lot, 273 Railroad Street, Gray, GA 31032.  Please consult Vendor Registry for any rain delay issues.

Solicitations are due by 1:00 pm on May 3, 2021.  A public bid opening will take place via zoom.  Link will be posted in the solicitation.
