1. The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish pricing for kitchen smallwares for the Child
Nutrition Department
2. Any substitutions from the enclosed list must be specified in the bid response
3. Final price shall include delivery to one location
4. Smallwares will ship to one location with a dock:
○ 101 Support Service Drive, Wentzville, MO 63385
5. Bidders must fill out the yellow highlighted cells in the attached Excel Spreadsheet and upload
through Vendor Registry
6. Bidders shall provide specifications and pictures (if available) on each of the items they are bidding on
7. The awarded vendor(s) will coordinate all shipping and receiving of the smallwares with the Director
of Child Nutrition
8. This is not a Prime Vendor Bid
