Description: The City of Beaufort, South Carolina, is seeking qualified contractors to provide janitorial services in the City Hall building at 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort SC 29902.
Janitorial services shall be provided five (5) days a week in the evening (Monday through Friday) excluding City recognized holidays. Contractor shall furnish a crew to include an on-site supervisor of reliable and experienced janitors to perform following janitorial services.

This Addendum No. 2 to RFP 2023-103 JANITORIAL SERVICES is issued by the City of Beaufort Finance Department. Except as modified by this Addendum No. 2, all areas of the RFP not specifically mentioned in or affected by this Addendum shall remain unchanged.
a. The total square footage of the City Hall building is 33,076 square feet and 11,777 of the this is basement space. See the building area table 5.6-3 below for more details about total design area of specific floors.
b. The Scope of Work states that facial tissues must be stocked in kitchens, break rooms, and bathrooms, however, firms will not be required to provide facial tissues.
c. Insurance requirements state that the city requires $3,000,000 in aggregate insurance, however, we are only requiring that $1,000,000 in aggregate insurance be held.
