Overview: We are adding an option to two schools that just have one roof system and can be reroofed instead of a total demo to deck. There is an option 2 (only of the warranty can still be applied) for Cowpens and Pacolet Elementary that allows for gravel removal, cleaning the existing roof, apply coverboard, and then the specified TPO roofing.
