Description: The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed proposals for Construction Manager at Risk of the Jackson County Airport Terminal until Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 10:00
AM. At that time, the sealed proposals will be opened and read in the Auditorium of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.

One original and three copies of the bid must be submitted in addition to an electronic copy stored on a zip drive. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Jackson County Airport, located at 500 Sky Harbor
Drive, Jefferson, GA 30549, at 2:30 PM on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Interested vendors are required to attend without approved absence. All questions must be received in writing by Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:00 PM to Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager at kmorris@jacksoncountygov.com and Barry Vickery, Project Manager, bvickery@jacksoncountygov.com.

All interested vendors must download the bid package and forms from the Jackson County web site or at www.vendorregistry.com. Contact person is Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager, at 706-367-6309. Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the bid based on the highest and best interest of Jackson County.

Addendum 3 - 07/11/2024 documents were added on this date which included answers to addendum 2 and geotech report
