Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued by the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) for
demolition services on identified project sites. The CCLBA owned project sites (see Appendix A) are being
demolished through grant and private funding; all projects will be managed by the CCLBA.
The CCLBA invites the submission of proposals from certified demolition contractors to provide demolition
and site restoration services for blighted residential sites. Licensed companies with demonstrated experience
in this area and an interest in making their services available to the CCLBA are invited to respond to this RFP.
