Description:

For the C1 and C2 cells, the contractor shall clear the cells of vegetation, rough grade the cells,

remove accumulated material from the internal ditches within the cells, reshape the internal ditches,

widen two strategically located internal ditches within each cell, remove material from the inflow

and outflow channels for each, fill in major short cuts with onsite or imported material, and fine

grade the cells.
