REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #1330

The City of Springfield Electric Department is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for:
TREE TRIMMING AND VEGETATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The purpose of this RFP is to establish a two (2) year contract, contingent upon availability of approved budgeted funds, for services beginning January 1, 2026, and ending December 30, 2027. The agreement may be renewed for up to two additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement.

Sealed proposals must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, 405 N. Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
