The Vendor:

 Shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services to fulfill the scope of work as outlined.

 Is to supervise or provide a competent supervisor to supervise all of the work involved.

 Provide submittal drawings for approval of proposed installation including dimensions and specifications on the all

areas of the project.

2019 HVAC & Miscellaneous Improvements Animal Control Facility for Kendall County as indicated in the Healy, Bender

& Associates, Inc. Drawings & Specifications dated 9/9/2019.

Work shall include but is not limited to the following:

 Selective demolition work to accommodate the work

 Removal of existing ceilings in the dog kennel areas

 Removal and replacement of ceilings in the administrative office, corridor and support areas

 Reconfiguration of the available dog kennel area to become new viewing room

 Reconfiguration of the viewing room to Animal Control Director’s Office

 Reconfiguration of the reception lobby area

 Additional windows

 Additional exterior door and interior doors as noted

 Replacement of the mechanical HVAC system in the kennel and office areas

 Miscellaneous modifications to the mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting in the kennel areas

Alternate Bids (as noted in the Project Manual and Bid Form):

 Translucent exterior roof panels at outdoor kennels

 Automatic door operator

 Additional low voltage network wiring

 Access Control System
