Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 7798 Walsh window replacement and Exterior wall repair. The Window Replacement and Exterior Wall Repairs at the Walsh Middle School project includes masonry and concrete repairs, the removal of concrete fins between window units, abatement and replacement of perimeter masonry and window sealant joints, encapsulating designated existing sealants to remain, installation of pre-cured silicone membrane over window frame elements, and the replacement of windows.
