Description: Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS), herein referred to as "the District," is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information from qualified vendors regarding available Travel Management Companies. This RFI is issued for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation.


The District is seeking a comprehensive, Travel Management Company to manage the end-to-end travel process for staff and faculty, including planning, approvals, bookings, expense reporting, and reimbursement. Additionally, RRPS is interested in identifying any cooperative purchasing agreements that would allow for an efficient and compliant procurement process.
