ADDENDUM NO. 3
This addendum is provided regarding questions we received on the project. In addition, the referenced bid bond form is included, as well as the Main Street Lighting Plan.
1. I scrolled through the attached specifications for the Downtown Streetscape Renovation project, but I did not see Document C-430, which is the Bid Bond form?
Per the ITB, Article 7.01, the Contractor must make a payment of 5% of the Bidder’s maximum bid price. This can be done as a certified check, bank money order or the Bid Bond. So, it does not have to be the bid bond, but the contractor needs to issue the payment of 5% of their maximum bid price. If the contractor provides the Bid Bond, the form is attached.
2. Document C-510, which is the Notice of Award form?
The notice of award will be a document issued by the city.
