Description: This Project shall include, but not be limited to, renovation of the 4th floor located at 1425 N. Courthouse Road, Arlington with a total area of 12,215 sq ft which includes two Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courtrooms, Clerks Open Office area, Intake Open Office area, Conference rooms, Restrooms, Communications room and other ancillary spaces. There will also be connection renovation work of the mechanical system and accessories located on the 3rd floor. The remaining floors below and above, will be occupied daily by court and office employees during normal business hours.
