ITB PW 10-24 Jericho Road Improvements Phase I (Shoal River Ranch Gigasite Critical Infrastructure)
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will accept bids until 03:00 PM (CST) September 18, 2024 for the construction of the Jericho Road Improvements Phase I (Shoal River Ranch Gigasite Critical Infrastructure) ITB PW 10-24. The Project consists of earthwork, clearing and grubbing, temporary and permanent erosion control, construction of stormwater management facilities, pave approximately 2,700 linear foot roadway entrance, and pavement markings and signage of roadway. The work is further defined as shown on the Plans and as described by the Contract Documents.
Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online at Vendor Registry through the link provided below:

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on September 4, 2024 at the Okaloosa County Public Works Office, 1759 S. Ferdon Blvd., Crestview, FL.
Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/proposal description, all responses must be submitted using Vendor Registry only. No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. Responses will be accepted by Vendor Registry until 03:00 p.m. (CST) September 18, 2024, at which time all bids that are timely submitted will be opened and reviewed.
The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this ITB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met.
Pursuant to section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, the County will not request any documentation of or consider a proposer’s social, political or ideological interests when determining if the proposer is a responsible proposer. The County will not give a preference to a proposer based upon the proposer’s social, political, or ideological interests.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
