Description:
Covina-Valley Unified School District is seeking proposals of vendor service to repair/remodel damaged walk-in cooler located at Ben Lomond Elementary School. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
· Demo of current trim.
· Install of plywood base on walls.
· Food grade sheeting to walls.
· Metal trim corners, edges.
· NSF approved cove base.
· Polyurethane ceiling panel.
· New walk-in cooler door/frame/gasket
· LED ceiling lights.
· New condensing unit.
· Evap. Coil w/ controller.
· Hardware, caulk, glue, approve USDA silicone, etc.
Mandatory job walk will determine additional scope or materials to include in submitted proposal.
