The City of Columbia is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to construct a natural pedestrian walking trail for an urban area on approximately 41 acres of City property located to the North of Howell Elementary School. Design and construction shall follow the guidelines as outlined herein. A budget of $33,000.00 has been appropriated for the construction to include all labor, material, overhead and profit. Any elements of design, construction or materials to be used that will be performed or furnished by the City are also identified.
