Description: The objective of this RFP is to provide the highest level of service to the in-mates and Beaufort County Detention Center ((hereinafter referred to as "BCDC") with the least amount of support required by BCDC staff. The primary scope of this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment to operate an inmate commissary operation and administer the inmate financial accounts as described in this document. Beaufort County is soliciting proposals from experienced inmate commissary service contractors to provide to the BCDC a full range of services including: Inmate accounting software, computer hardware and support, and commissary products for all inmates.
