Description: The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, material, and equipment for ITB# 15-03: On-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation System Replacement for Rockdale County. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference held at the Rockdale County Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 3090 Gees Mill Road, NE, Conyers, GA 30013 at 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid to Tina Malone at: tina.malone@rockdalecounty.org no later than 5:00 P.M., local time, Friday, March 13, 2015. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this Bid must be submitted in writing and forwarded to the Department of Finance at the above address or by email. It shall be the Bidders responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the due date and time. Bids Submittals are due no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, March 26, 2015, at the Department of Finance, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. A 10% Bid Bond will be required. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from the awarded vendor. Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
