Description: NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LIGHTED RUNWAY CLOSURE BOXES L-893(L)

Project Description: The City of Kingman is soliciting proposals to purchase two (2) new Lighted Runway Closure Boxes L-893(L) built in accordance with the most current version of FAA regulations.

The bid shall include all applicable costs for equipment, as specified, a one-time purchase, including tax and delivery. Payment will be a one-time purchase.

The Proposer is responsible for reviewing the RFP documents prior to the proposal due date and for requesting clarification or interpretation of any discrepancy, deficiency, ambiguity or error, or omission contained in the RFP documents. The bidder shall submit one (1) original unbound and one (1) unbound copy of its proposal in a sealed package. The package should bear the Proposer’s name and address and be clearly marked as follows: “RFP – LIGHTED RUNWAY CLOSURE BOXES L-893(L)”.

The City of Kingman will accept sealed RFP’s at the office of the City Clerk at
310 North Fourth Street, Kingman, AZ 86401, until 2:00 PM Local Time on September 24, 2024. RFP’s will be opened at that time. Any proposal received after 2:00 P.M. on the above stated date will be returned unopened.

The City of Kingman reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in this request for proposal, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted, and confirmed in the contract between the City of Kingman and the firm selected.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
