There will not be a pre-bid meeting held for this IFB. Bidders are encouraged to visit the park on their own to obtain their measurements and formulate any questions for this IFB. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than September 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than September 19, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
