Description: The 6th St. Parking lot is located on E Bank St at 6th Street. This scope of work is to rehab the parking lot. Parking lot size is 111’ wide and 208’ long. Completion of FDR and new curb and gutter framing the parking spaces and including row end planting areas as well as the center island with planting as well. Street side of parking lot should also be curb and gutter. All millings remain the property of the City of Griffin and coordination of where they are to be dumped will be arranged prior to the start of project. There is no water, sewer, or stormwater infrastructure per our records, however will need to call in locates and follow all guidelines. Overhead power lines and two poles are on site in the center median. Light poles are being removed during the construction process and will be replaced with decorative light poles. This is the responsibility of Griffin Electric; however, contractor is responsible for coordination with Griffin Electric. Will need to coordinate with City of Griffin Electric on any power outages.
