Question: Will civil CAD files be made available?
Response: The CAD files can be obtained upon request by contacting Mark DeSouza (desouza.m@tandh.com) | Project Manager at THOMAS & HUTTON p 803-451-6792. A CAD release form must be signed by a company representative in order to receive the CAD files.

Question: We plan to attend the non-mandatory prebid and have signed up as instructed. Can you please provide more information as to procedure and specific point of meeting on site, etc.
Response: We will be meeting at the attached location by accessing the second driveway and existing road. There is a lock on a cable currently blocking that drive, the combination is 4400. Whomever arrives first in the AM between the three of use can unlock it and pull it to the side. (See pre-bid site picture)

Question: We understand from the pre-bid that we are to get signal pricing, however; we cannot locate the signal drawing. We read it as being drawn by others. Please advise.
