Question: 1. Would you please have someone send me the most recent chemical bid results/tabulation/existing prices from current suppliers. 2. Can someone please provide the tank size for Sodium Hypochlorite, and the corresponding delivery amounts taken at Plant #2 (gallons), where it appears bulk Bleach is delivered. I can’t seem to find that information provided on the documents provided. 3. Would someone please confirm if Sodium Chlorite is to be quoted and delivered in 275 gallon totes, as indicated on Line 41 of Price Submittal form; or, is it to be quoted and delivered in Bulk Tanker, as indicated on Line 55 in the Plant #1 delivery instructions? If delivery is in bulk, what is the tank size (volume), and what is the corresponding delivery amount to be received?

Question: Please kindly share why the Fluoride/Sodium Fluosilicate/Sodium Silicofluoride is not on this bid, as it was for FY2022-FY2023? Does this mean no Fluoridation is being added to City of Griffin drinking water?
Response: We are not accepting bids for this chemical this term. Yes, fluoride is applied to our finished drinking water per the standards.

Question: Sodium Permanganate is listed in the list of chemical specs, but not on the price page. Will vendors be able to submit a bid on the sodium permanganate?
Response: No. We are only accepting bids for those chemicals listed in the pricing matrix. Please see note on pg 22.
