Description: The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified construction firms with expertise in demolition, salvage and new residential-scale construction for the historic Sarah Riley Hooks Cottage. The intent is to award one contract to the firm that presents the proposal considered to be of the best value to the Town. It is the Town’s desire to commence the contract in May or June 2025.

Consider providing an 'allowance' that all bidders are to submit to cover these elements that can be addressed at a later date.
