KCDC will receive sealed bids for Construction of Multifamily Housing Phase 1 of Austin Homes Redevelopment as detailed in the solicitation document. Notes:
1. KCDC has posted its prototype contract for bidders to review before
submitting their bid. The successful bidder will be offered a very similar
contract.
2. Due to the Pandemic, the pre-bid meeting will be via Zoom. Follow the
instructions in the solicitation document to obtain the Zoom link.
3. Due to the Pandemic, the bid opening will be via Zoom. Follow the
instructions in the solicitation document to obtain the Zoom link.
4. Due to the Pandemic, KCDC wants all bids emailed as detailed in the
solicitation document.
5. The plans/drawings are available but either at the Blueprint House indicated on the cover sheet or via Dropbox. If you wish to obtain the documents through Dropbox, contact Procurement as indicated on the cover sheet.
