Description: The City of Elizabethton, TN retained Cain Rash and West Architectural Services to perform architectural design drawing of the Bonnie Kate Theater. Included in this RFP is a partial first floor sprinkler plan, second floor sprinkler plan, minimum required sprinkler calculation sheet, and sprinkler site plan. It will be the requirement of the contractor to furnish and install a NFPA and OSHA compliant sprinkler system with wet pipe systems inside the building Shop drawings will be required by the contractor as a part of the Request for Proposal. Approx. square footage 12,724.
